Jonnatton Gonzalez, a resident of the Ramblewood East Condominium in Coral Springs, Florida, has been vocal about various issues within the community, including maintenance problems and concerns about the condo board's practices. His activism has led to tensions with the condo association.
Gonzalez has been critical of the condo board's handling of maintenance issues, such as flooding in the parking lot and sidewalks, roof leaks, and spotty maintenance. He has also raised concerns about the board's financial management and decision-making processes.

Gonzalez's activism has not been limited to the Ramblewood East community. He has also spoken out at Coral Springs City Commission meetings, urging the city to investigate the condo board's actions. He has also testified at a legislative hearing in Tallahassee regarding proposed changes to Florida's condominium laws.
Gonzalez's efforts have not gone unnoticed. He has received support from other residents who share his concerns about the condo board. However, he has also faced opposition from the board and some residents who disagree with his tactics.
Despite the challenges, Gonzalez remains committed to advocating for the rights of residents and improving living conditions at Ramblewood East. He believes that it is important to hold the condo board accountable and ensure that the community's needs are being met.

Dear Ramblewood East,

As a resident in our community, I have observed our struggles persisting over the years, often at the mercy of greed and injustice. It is evident that a transformative change is overdue; it's time for our investments to yield benefits for the collective 'us' rather than benefiting only a select few. If granted the opportunity to serve on the board, I propose redirecting funds to initiate the revitalization of Ramblewood East.This plan involves selling all the units purchased by the previous board (thats been her for more than a decade).The several potential board members who are all in agreeance with this plan will have their on section at Ramblewood’s East new and updated website , www.ramblewoodeast.com. This strategic approach aims to enhance the community's infrastructure and financial stability, fostering a positive and sustainable future for all residents. This strategy saves Ramblewood East from costly projected assessments by using revenue from said sold units. This would require the agreement of the future 7 board members. To prevent confusion , it is essential to vote for us.
Ensuring strict adherence to all codes is crucial to prevent penalization, which could otherwise result in being tethered to liens, the depreciation of property value, and the imposition of unfavorable conditions. Speaking openly about these concerns could even lead to severe consequences, such as police arrests and the acquisition of a criminal record, jeopardizing one's employment, and damaging one's reputation. The absence of board meetings hampers the exchange of ideas among homeowners, contributing to the current challenges.I will do something different, we will have a new website that's constantly updated with all the information. Group chats through whatsapp to address concerns homeowners are going through. To spread awareness and create a community watch type environment that influences the protection of our own. Surveillance systems to provide homeowners the assurance of safety , to live in an environment that promises no more murders, prostitution, or drug dealings.
Sharing this information with Joan Murray from CBS 4 News as evident from the broadcast on December 22, 2023 allowed me to capture the attention of Senator Jenifer
Bradley. During a legislative session hearing in Tallahassee , I exposed the many potential issues Ramblewood East faces with the current board purchasing a majority of the units in the association. Through persistent efforts, involving frequent participation at COA/HOA conventions throughout Broward and Dade county, phone calls, and active participation in city hall meetings,and legislative sessions at the capitol.My success thus far is a testament to my dedication in seeking answers for our community. I am ready and willing to continue being the voice for our community, as evidenced by the positive impact I've achieved voluntarily.
The burden is further compounded by tax liens, making it difficult for potential purchasers to secure financing. Those interested in acquiring property may exploit this situation, attempting to negotiate lower prices due to the aftermath of salvaging assets from a self-serving president's greed. So my solution to that would be to have Rent-to-Own Programs:

My ability to navigate complex challenges, secure support from influential figures like State Representative Dan Daley, Senator Jennifer Bradley, & Senator Garcia etc., and drive impactful initiatives for infrastructure improvement and financial stability speaks to my determination and leadership. I bring a transparent and community-driven approach to governance, prioritizing accountability, open communication, and inclusivity. I am poised to leverage my experience, passion, and proactive mindset to steer Ramblewood East toward a prosperous and harmonious future. I am eager to contribute my skills and unwavering dedication to the betterment of our community.
